Dumbell rows 10-10-10-10

Pullup Pyramid 5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5

Bench 20-20-20

Mountain Climbers 40-40-40

Supermans 20-20-20

Situps 100-50-25

RUN 4 miles at 80%

STRETCH

MEDITATE (clear your mind and think about how you can push yourself harder next time)
