MEDITATE (let loose the worries of the day and visualize the task at hand)

STRETCH

WARM-UP: RUN 1 MILE

4 rounds of:

Airsquats(30)
Situps(30)
Lunges(30)
Leg raises (side raise 20 each leg)
Leg kicks (kick back 20 each leg)

COOLDOWN: Bike 1 MILE

STRETCH

MEDITATE (Think about what you have accomplished and where you are the weakest, your goal is to create a balance)
