    Think of your spirit as your will or energy inside you, throughout your training you should use your mind to create that energy. Once you have created that energy used your mind again to focus it on working your body. But remember that true perfection is balance between your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT! Unfortunately finding that balance is entirely upon you. It cannot be taught but working through this training regimen will help you find it along the way!
